I have tried to track song back to its secret fountains ... the bodily or spiritual circumstance out of which they were born. What follows is an insight into the poetic mind. A.E. was part of the Irish literary Renaissance of the early 20c. The book is sound, blue boards with bright gilt lettering on front and on spine. A slight bump to the top of spine. Foxing on end papers. DJ faded, (originally blue?) some tiny rips, spine is age-darkened as are the page edges. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
